Travel Learn & Study Abroad
Pursue your degree while visiting and learning about a new part of the world through a Travelearn, Kean's short-term study abroad program. Travelearns offer you the opportunity to combine your academic studies with 7-10 days of travel to various destinations.
The Travelearns occur in the Spring and Summer terms, with locations and classes changing every year. Students from all majors are encouraged to apply and you do not need to be of a specific major to attend the trips.
The programs typically consist of lectures and excursions related to a particular topic. Travelearn programs are led by faculty who are experts in the respective program's field of study.
Students should anticipate to apply for a trip about 6 months in advance. For example, the Spring trip applications generally open in late September.
Students can browse program offerings and apply through the Kean Abroad Portal
